Each geography presents distinct market dynamics — SAF demand in North America, clean fuel export markets in West Africa, and massive waste volumes in Southeast Asia — but they share common technology, operational capability, and commercial know-how.   • Project Salish Sky — CANADA

    Sustainable Aviation Fuel via Hub & Spoke Model. Phase 1: Municipal waste to RDF pellets in British Columbia. Phase 2: Pellet-to-SAF conversion in Alberta. Developed in partnership with First Nations (Tsleil-Waututh). Near-term anchor establishing cash flow and operational credibility.

  • Project Frontier — GHANA

    Waste Processing & SRF Production. Large-scale municipal waste sorting and pelletization. Converts waste into exportable Solid Recovery Fuel (SRF) pellets. Government MOU for feedstock supply at the highest levels of engagement. Unique monetization attributes beyond fuel sales.

  • Exploratory Waste-to-Energy — INDONESIA

    Building on the Portage Model. 35-45M TPY addressable municipal waste market. Waste-to-electricity opportunity under active evaluation. Partnership pathway with strategic regional investors. Extends proven pellet production model to Southeast Asia.
